LionHeart Generation Ministries (“LHGM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website lhgm.org. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with our site, how we use it, and the choices you have. LHGM is a nonprofit ministry, and we take the trust you place in us seriously.

Contact form submissions: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond to you.
Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be shared with the Gravatar service to check if you use it. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.
Technical and security data: Our hosting, content delivery (Cloudflare), and security tools (Wordfence, Loginizer) automatically process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information to protect the site from spam, abuse, and malicious activity.
Media: If you upload images to the site, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors can download and extract location data from images.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to messages sent through our contact form, to protect our website from spam and security threats, and to improve the site and better serve our visitors and ministry community. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Like most websites, lhgm.org uses cookies for basic site functionality, security, and performance (including cookies set by Cloudflare, our content delivery and security provider). If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Embedded Content
Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, video from Lionheart TV). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited that other website directly, and that website may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, per its own privacy policy.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with the service providers who help us operate the site — such as our web host, security and firewall provider, and form or email delivery providers — solely so they can provide those services to us.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your message, or until you ask us to delete them. Comment data and metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically, rather than holding them for moderation.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You can ask us to provide the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us at the email address below. This does not include information we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
